For over 30 years, Veneto has been shaping refined living spaces with timeless craftsmanship and innovation.

Our journey began in Cherkasy, where we pioneered modern orthopedic mattress production in Ukraine. Over time, we expanded into upholstered and wooden furniture, precision bed frames, and transformation mechanisms. 

In 2003, Veneto – Italy was established and allowed us to build direct partnerships with top-tier European suppliers. This step ensured uncompromising product quality at every stage of production

In 2016, we made a strategic investment of over €4 million to launch Bukovynska Lamel — one of the most advanced woodworking hubs in Western Ukraine.

Then in 2023, our group welcomed Dniprowood — a premium manufacturer of solid oak and ash furniture and exclusive engineered flooring.

Today at Veneto, we combine style, minimalism, and eco-conscious values. Our textile waste from mattress, furniture, and sewing production is recycled and reintegrated into new products, embracing circular production—responsible, modern, and sustainable.

Our product range nowadays includes mattresses, stylish upholstered furniture, wooden furniture with an elegant minimalist design, flooring, and a full range of furniture for the HoReCa sector.
